Each set is made to order in our UK studio and includes professional machine embroidery for a clean, durable finish suitable for everyday workwear, trades, small businesses, events and staff uniforms.

Bundle 1 – Hoodie + Polo
Includes:

• 1 embroidered hoodie
• 1 embroidered polo shirt

Bundle 2 – Hoodie + Polo + Cap
Includes:

• 1 embroidered hoodie
• 1 embroidered polo shirt
• 1 embroidered cap

Bundle 3 – Complete Workwear Set
Includes:

• 1 embroidered hoodie
• 1 embroidered polo shirt
• 1 embroidered cap
• 1 embroidered softshell jacket

Only the garments included in your selected bundle will be supplied.

Sizing & Colours

For the hoodie and polo, select one size and one colour for the set.

Available sizes:

XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL

Available hoodie, polo and cap colours:

Black, White, Bottle Green, Burgundy, Royal Blue, Navy, Red, Dark Grey and Light Grey

For Bundle 3, the softshell jacket has its own separate size and colour selection.

Softshell sizes:

S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL

Softshell colours:

Black/Black, Black/Orange, Charcoal/Black, Navy/Navy, Navy/Royal, Purple/Black, Red/Black, Vivid Green/Black, White/Black and Yellow/Black

Standard Front Embroidery

The standard bundle includes:

• One company logo embroidered on the left chest of the hoodie
• One company logo embroidered on the left chest of the polo
• One company logo embroidered on the front of the cap when included
• One company logo embroidered on the left chest of the softshell jacket when included

Optional Back Embroidery

You can also add larger embroidery to the back of the clothing.

The additional charge depends on the bundle selected:

• Bundle 1 – Hoodie + Polo: +£10
• Bundle 2 – Hoodie + Polo + Cap: +£15
• Bundle 3 – Complete Set: +£20

Back embroidery applies to the clothing garments included in the selected bundle. The cap is embroidered on the front only.

Standard Embroidery Limits

The standard prices include embroidery within the following limits:

• Front logo: up to approximately 10 cm wide and 12,000 stitches
• Back logo: up to approximately 25 cm wide and 30,000 stitches

Very detailed logos, very small lettering, gradients, photographic artwork or unusually high stitch counts may need to be simplified or quoted separately.

If your artwork cannot be completed within the standard embroidery limits, we will contact you before production.

Logo Digitising

Your company logo needs to be converted into a specialist embroidery file before it can be stitched.

Standard logo digitising is included in the listed price.

For the best result, upload the clearest version of your logo available. High-resolution PNG, JPG or vector artwork is preferred where possible.

How to Order

1. Choose your workwear bundle.
2. Select the size and colour for the hoodie, polo and cap.
3. If choosing Bundle 3, select the softshell jacket size and colour separately.
4. Choose whether you would like standard front embroidery only or additional back embroidery.
5. Upload your company logo.
6. Enter any additional embroidery instructions required.
7. Check all sizes, colours and artwork details carefully before placing your order.

Processing

Each order is individually prepared and embroidered in our UK studio.

Production time is normally 3–5 working days before dispatch.

For larger staff orders, repeat orders or more complex embroidery requirements, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm production times.

Please Note

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Embroidery positioning may vary slightly between different garment types due to seams, pockets and garment construction.

Personalised and embroidered items are made specifically to order and cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from the details submitted, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
