Products
We sell personalised, embroidered and made-to-order products, as well as selected non-personalised items.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours and prices are accurate.
Because many items are handmade or personalised, small variations may occur between products.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking all personalisation details before placing your order.
This includes:
- names
- initials
- dates
- wording
- spelling
- capitalisation
- sizes
- colours
- uploaded photographs
- logos
- artwork
We will normally produce the item using the information submitted with the order.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately. We may be able to make changes if production has not yet started.
Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Uploaded Images, Logos and Artwork
Where you upload a photograph, logo, design or other artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use that material and to authorise us to reproduce it for your order.
You must not upload content that:
- infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other rights
- is unlawful
- is abusive, threatening or discriminatory
- contains illegal content
We reserve the right to refuse artwork that we reasonably believe cannot be used lawfully or appropriately.
Embroidery and Artwork Adjustments
Some artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted before embroidery.
Very small lettering, gradients, fine lines, photographs and highly detailed artwork may not reproduce exactly when converted into embroidery.
Where a significant change is required, we may contact you before production.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time.
The price charged will be the price shown when your order is placed, except where there is an obvious pricing error.
Shipping charges are shown separately where applicable.
Payment
Payment must be received before production or dispatch begins.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
We do not normally store full payment-card details.
Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an automatic confirmation email.
This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for production.
We may contact you if:
- a product is unavailable
- artwork cannot be reproduced
- information is missing
- there is an obvious pricing error
- there is a problem with payment
- we are unable to fulfil the order
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment received for the affected item.
Processing Times
Most personalised orders are prepared within approximately 3–5 working days before dispatch.
Larger, more detailed or bulk orders may require additional time.
Any estimated production or delivery dates are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery charges and methods are shown on the website.
UK orders are normally sent using tracked delivery services.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns and Refunds
Personalised and custom-made products are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is:
- faulty
- damaged
- incorrect
- not as described
Non-personalised goods may have separate cancellation and return rights under UK consumer law.

Cancellations
For personalised orders, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order.
Once personalisation or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we may:
- offer an alternative
- delay production with your agreement
- refund the affected item
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, product photographs, branding, graphics and original designs, belongs to The Bunny Hat or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce or use our website content for commercial purposes without permission.
Customer-supplied logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
Website Use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are:
- not reasonably foreseeable
- caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer
- caused by events outside our reasonable control
- business losses where a purchase was made primarily for personal use
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- postal or courier disruption
- severe weather
- internet or hosting outages
- supplier disruption
- strikes
- government restrictions
- other unforeseen events
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption where possible.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of your order will normally apply to that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
